    Abstract: This disclosure relates to techniques for multi-RAT and DSDA capable wireless devices to handle frame blanking in a wireless communication system. A wireless device may establish wireless links according to a first radio access technology and a second radio access technology. The wireless device may determine to perform transmit and receive blanking for one or more antennas of the wireless device for the first radio access technology to perform sounding reference signal transmissions for the second radio access technology based at least in part on a band combination for the wireless links. The wireless device may determine a modification to channel state feedback reporting for the first radio access technology based at least in part on the transmit and receive blanking. The wireless device may perform channel state feedback reporting using the determined modification.

High frequency components of speech, such as fricatives, may be classified based on one or more features that distinguish place of articulation, including spectral slope, peak location, relative amplitudes in various frequency bands, or a combination of these or other such features. Responsive to the classification of the input speech, a signal or signals may be added to the input speech in a frequency band audible to the hearing-impaired listener, said signal or signals having predetermined distinct spectral features corresponding to the classification, and allowing a listener to easily distinguish various consonants in the input.

When the external button is pushed to turn on the power switch, power is supplied from the batteries to the control IC chip; and when the user shakes the hand to vibrate the annular ornament while the power switch is on, the vibration switch is turned on and the control IC chip drives the LED to flash.
