    Abstract: A discover method includes a collection phase and a subsequent discovery phase. The collection phase includes receiving an NBIRTH message for each node and receiving a DBIRTH message for each device. A group ID and a corresponding node ID are extracted and cached from each NBIRTH message and a group ID, a node ID and a device ID are extracted from each DBIRTH message. The discovery phase includes publishing a REBIRTH message for each node having a cached group ID and node ID. The REBIRTH message causes the corresponding node to publish an NBIRTH message for the corresponding node, as well as a DBIRTH message for each associated device. Nodes may be discovered based on the NBIRTH messages published during the discovery phase and devices may be discovered based on the DBIRTH messages published during the discovery phase.

    Abstract: Technology is disclosed herein for simultaneous lower tail program verify with upper tail verify. The memory system may apply a reference voltage to a word line following applying a program voltage to the word line. The memory system senses the first set of memory cells targeted for a first data state and the second set of memory cells targeted for a second data state. The memory system determines whether memory cells in the first set have a Vt greater than a maximum target Vt for the first data state based on the sensing of the first set of memory cells. The memory system also determines whether memory cells in the second set have a Vt less than a minimum target Vt for the second data state based on the sensing of the second set of memory cells.

    Abstract: Technology is disclosed herein for a dynamic bitscan. The dynamic bitscan may include performing a first bitscan of a first strict subset of memory cells. Then, based on results of the first bitscan, a determination is made whether to perform a second bitscan of a second strict subset of memory cells. Prior to the bitscan(s) a verify reference voltage may be applied to both strict subsets of memory cells. Skipping the second bitscan saves considerable time. However, the second bitscan is performed at least sometimes, which increases accuracy. The first strict subset of memory cells and the second strict subset of memory cells may have different locations relative to some point in the block that contains the memory cells. The first strict subset of memory cells and the second strict subset may have different programming speeds.

Coding genes of ß-1,3-acetyl glucosamine transferase, ß-1,4-galactosyl transferase and/or UDP-glucose 4 epimerase are over-expressed on the basis of a strain which is previously constructed by the team and is subjected to related-gene knockout, thus enabling the strain to have a synthesis capability of producing the lacto-N-neotetraose. The present disclosure accurately regulates the carbon flux of a metabolic pathway and relieves the metabolic stress by screening the high-efficiency ß-1,4-galactosyl transferase gene and regulating the expression of IgtA, Aa-?-1,4-GalT and galE in a lacto-N-neotetraose synthesis pathway in a combined manner. In a shake flask experiment, the lacto-N-neotetraose production capacity of Escherichia coli is 0.91 g/L. The lacto-N-neotetraose yield in a 3 L fermentation tank reaches 12.14 g/L.

The present disclosure improves the synthesis of the lacto-N-tetrose by screening a high-efficiency ?-1,3-galactosyl transferase gene, and reasonably designing the co-expression of the ?-1,3-galactosyl transferase gene and a key UDP-glucose 4 epimerase gene (galE) for strengthening a UDP-galactose pathway on a vector pCDFDuet-1. In a shake flask experiment, the lacto-N-tetrose production capacity of Escherichia coli is 3.04 g/L. The lacto-N-tetrose yield in a 3 L fermentation tank reaches 25.49 g/L.

The method includes the following steps: performing image enhancement processing and color transfer processing on a smoke image to obtain a color transferred smoke image; superimposing the color transferred smoke image on an indoor image to obtain an initial image, and performing screening processing, detection frame updating processing, feature extraction and layer calibration processing on the initial image to obtain a smoke calibrated feature image; performing segmentation processing, detection frame prediction processing, detection frame classification processing and image classification processing on the smoke calibrated feature image in sequence to obtain a smoke image set; and screening the smoke image set to obtain a target smoke image, and outputting a smoke detection result. The present disclosure realizes the collection of smoke data sets and improves the detection accuracy of smoke.

In order to obtain purer difructose anhydride III, yeast is utilized to remove small molecule monosaccharides in a reaction solution, and the finally obtained purer difructose anhydride III can be easily separated and purified. Thus, the method has broad market application prospects.
