  • Patent number: 10337882
Abstract: The structure of the present invention majorly includes: an outer shell body; at least one connection portion; and an optical projection system set inside the outer shell body. The optical projection system includes: an imaging unit; a reflector; a reflective curved mirror; and at least one optical lens; wherein the imaging unit projects the predefined image and incidents on the reflective curved mirror after being reflected by the reflector to adjust the imaging path and correct the aberration. And, the optical lens will magnify the predefined image in the imaging path to make the predefined image reflected to the user's eyes through the windshield to form the virtual image of the predefined image refracted outside the windshield. The present invention can realize the triangle imaging principle in a smaller space, enlarge the imaging range, reduce the aberration problem, and simply set outside the dashboard through the outer shell body.

  • Patent number: 10281729
Abstract: A vehicle equipped with a head-up display system is provided. The head-up display system includes an image source, a mechanically adjustable optic element, at least one reflector, and a control unit. The reflector is configured to reflect an image beam emitted from the image source to a transparent screen of the vehicle, wherein a user may perceive a virtual image through the transparent screen. The mechanically adjustable optic element is disposed in a propagation path of the image for adjusting an imaging distance of the virtual image. The control unit is used for controlling image parameters of the virtual image and is capable of adjusting the imaging distance of the virtual image but keeping at least one of the image parameters remaining the same before and after the change of the imaging distance.

  • Publication number: 20120256351
Abstract: A method for manufacturing hollow bricks comprises following steps: providing a frame-shape mold with at least a cavity and placing it on a flat surface; inserting at least one mold insert transversely through the cavity of the frame-shape mold and loading material into the cavity; and forming a billet of a hollow brick by moving an upper die downward to press the material. Besides, the frame-shape mold and the billets of hollow bricks can be separated from each other by lifting the upper die, moving the mold insert out of the cavity, and moving the frame-shape mold. The billet of the hollow brick that is taken out is dried to form a hollow brick having a certain height and can be used in hollow-brick wall construction.
