    Abstract: A method produces tantalum powder. The method includes: (1) uniformly mixing a tantalum powder raw material, metal magnesium and at least one alkali metal and/or alkaline earth metal halide, loading the mixture into a container, and putting the container in a furnace; (2) raising the temperature of the furnace to 600-1200° C. in the presence of inert gas, and soaking; (3) at the end of soaking, lowering the temperature of the furnace to 600-800° C., vacuumizing the interior of the furnace to 10 Pa or less, soaking under the negative pressure so that the excessive metal is separated; (4) thereafter, raising the temperature of the furnace to 750-1200° C. in the presence of inert gas, and soaking so that the tantalum powder is sintered in the molten salt after oxygen reduction; (5) then cooling to room temperature and passivating to obtain a mixed material containing halide and tantalum powder; and (6) separating the tantalum powder from the resulting mixture.

    Abstract: A low-carbon, high-purity tantalum pentoxide powder has a carbon content of no greater than 15 ppm. A preparation method for the powder includes: (1) adding a fluotantalic acid (H2TaF7) solution into a reaction kettle, controlling the temperature of the reaction kettle at 30-60° C., adding a precipitator until the pH of the reaction solution is 8-10, then stopping introducing ammonia, and aging to obtain a tantalum hydroxide slurry; (2) filtering and washing the slurry obtained in step (1), and then carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a tantalum hydroxide filter cake; (3) drying the filter cake obtained in step (2) to obtain white tantalum hydroxide powder; (4) calcining the tantalum hydroxide powder obtained in step (3), crushing and screening the calcined sample to obtain tantalum pentoxide powder; and (5) subjecting the tantalum pentoxide powder obtained in step (4) to heat treatment at a temperature of 1000-1500° C. to obtain the powder.

The plurality of conductive traces are shaped and positioned to block a first portion of the display light while the display assembly is operating in the full visibility mode, and block a second, greater portion of the display light while the display assembly is operating in the restricted visibility mode. A visibility controller is used to switch the display assembly between the full visibility mode and the restricted visibility mode.

    Abstract: A method for testing burning performance of a dark-colored cigarette using a dark-colored cigarette paper is provided. The dark-colored cigarette paper has a grayscale less than 255. The method includes: simulating, by a robotic arm, a cigarette smoking process and environment; acquiring, by a full-vision camera system, an image of a burn line and ash column region of the dark-colored cigarette; and analyzing a burning performance indicator of the dark-colored cigarette according to coordinate information of the burn line and ash column region. The method is based on a surface reflection characteristic of the dark-colored cigarette paper and a principle of optical reflection to light and highlight an edge of the dark-colored cigarette sample by a light source at a certain angle from a side. In this way, the method forms a chromatic aberration to localize the dark-colored cigarette sample, thereby testing the burning performance of the dark-colored cigarette sample.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a superhydrophobic and self-cleaning anticoagulant composite coating material and a preparation method and use thereof, and relates to the technical field of biomedical materials. In the coating material provided by the present disclosure, a titanium dioxide nanotube-based structure increases microscopic roughness of a surface of a titanium-based metal substrate, and a hydrophobic modification layer reduces surface energy of the material. The rough structure and the hydrophobic modification layer have a synergistic effect to construct a superhydrophobic surface, making the surface of the material have self-cleaning characteristics and low adhesion. Air can be retained on the surface of the material to form an air layer, thereby reducing the contact area between the material and bacteria and platelets in the blood, and inhibiting adhesion of the bacteria, platelets, and plasma proteins to the material.

A degradation value is determined for each pixel. Based on the degradation value, an elevated drive current is determined to produce commanded luminance at the pixel. A required scalar is determined for each pixel to hold the elevated drive current from exceeding a drive current threshold. An applied scalar for each pixel is determined for each pixel to be applied to the elevated drive current. For at least some pixels, the applied scalar for a first pixel is based at least on [I] the required scalar of a second pixel and [2] a spatial relationship between the first pixel and the second pixel. Applied scalars are then used to output corrected imagery.
