    Abstract: A fitness device includes two support frames mounted in a box, two driving motors mounted on the two support frames, a pull rope reel connected to the driving motors, a fitness pull rope wound around the pull rope reel and extending out of the box, and a control system for controlling the driving motors. The control system includes a main controller, a power module, a communication module connected to the main controller, a driving circuit and a sampling module electrically connected to the driving motors and the main controller. The power module is electrically connected to the main controller and the communication module. The driving circuit is electrically connected to the power module, the main controller and the driving motors. The two symmetrical driving motors are used to drive the pull rope reel to drive the fitness pull rope, such that shakes and vibrations generated during exercise can be offset.

    Abstract: A native NMOS device includes: a P-type epitaxial layer, a first and a second insulation region, a first P-type well, a second P-type well, a gate, an N-type source, and an N-type drain. The P-type epitaxial layer has a first concentration of P-type doped impurities. The first P-type well completely encompasses and is in contact with a lower surface of the N-type source. The second P-type well completely encompasses and is in contact with a lower surface of the N-type drain. Each of the first P-type well and the second P-type well has a second concentration of P-type doped impurities, and the second concentration of P-type doped impurities is higher than the first concentration of P-type doped impurities. The second concentration of P-type doped impurities is sufficient for preventing a leakage current from flowing between the N-type drain and the P-type substrate while the native NMOS device is in operation.

    Abstract: The invention provides a suspension modifier directly added into fracturing fluid for real-time proppant modification during fracturing and the application thereof, relating to the field of oil and gas production technologies. The suspension modifier is a controlled release nanoemulsion and comprises surface hydrophobic modifier, surfactant, cosurfactant and water. The suspension modifier is directly added into clear-water or active-water fracturing fluid while the proppant is added into water. After stirring, the suspension modifier is capable of self-assembling and being adsorbed on the proppant surface, so that the proppant surface becomes hydrophobic and aerophilic. The invention no longer requires the proppant to be pretreated, and the bubble-suspended proppant can be obtained directly by adding the suspension modifier to the clear-water or active-water fracturing fluid, and meanwhile adding the proppant to the fracturing fluid.
