    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a sample test card and a sample loading method thereof, relates to the technical field of microbiological testing. The present disclosure includes sample wells arranged in an array; the sample wells are connected together through a flow channel network, and the sample wells are filled with a sample through a unified intake port. Sample filling is completed by vacuuming; during filling, a liquid sample is firstly filled, and air or other inert gas or insoluble liquid is filled; liquid sample volume and air volume are formed in proportion in the sample wells. In the present disclosure, the filled liquid sample is controlled not to fill the sample wells completely, and there are sufficient air space in sample wells, so that the sample wells are independent from each other to avoid contamination, and more sample wells can be arranged on the test card with the same size.

    Abstract: A method and device for processing a packet are provided in this disclosure. According to an example of the method, an HTTPS packet is received from a user host, and a non-online user session entry matching the HTTPs packet is searched for according to a source IP address and a destination IP address of the HTTPS packet. In case that the non-online user session entry is found, a token is obtained from a first token bucket if determining that a user session corresponding to the non-online user session entry has no token, where the number of tokens in the first token bucket is set based on processing capability of a CPU of the access gateway device. When the token is successfully obtained, the HTTPS packet is sent to the CPU for processing. When the token has failed to be obtained, the HTTPS packet is abandoned.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for packet re-transmission via a bi-directional wired interface between two devices are provided. A transmitter of a first device transmits one or more first transmit data packets to a second device over the bi-directional wired interface. Concurrently with the transmission of the one or more first transmit data packets, the first device receives, over the bi-directional wired interface, one or more second received data packets from the second device. A packet integrity monitor of the first device monitors whether one or more received data packets of the second received data packets is corrupted at the physical layer of the first device. In response to detecting that one or more received data packets of the second received data packets is corrupted, the first device re-transmits one or more transmit data packets of the first transmit data packets that was previously transmitted over the bi-directional wired interface.

    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of new materials technology and discloses a green method for preparing functionalized carbon materials. The present invention can use potassium ferrate(VI) as an oxidant and mechanical milling as a reaction technique for oxidizing carbon materials in a preparation of functionalized carbon materials having oxygen-containing functional groups. Compared with the prior art, the present invention provides a method that combines an environmentally friendly oxidant with an environmentally friendly reaction process. The oxidant potassium ferrate(VI) is a green oxidant without producing any toxic byproducts. The reaction process is solvent-free, facilitated by milling the solid mixture of carbon materials and the oxidant. Thus, the present invention provides an environmentally friendly method for preparing oxidatively functionalized carbon materials, which is of promotion value.

    Abstract: A method for optimizing a credit rating indicator group based on the maximum default identification ability measured by Fisher Score is disclosed. The maximum default identification ability measured by Fisher Score of the credit score is used as the standard for optimizing an indicator group. After the indicators reflecting information redundancy are removed, the Fisher Score values of all the indicator groups formed are compared by the traversing method, and the group of indicators with the maximum Fisher Score value of the default identification ability of the credit score is selected as the optimal indicator group. The method of the invention ensures the maximum overall default identification ability measured by Fisher Score of the credit rating system, and provides a decision basis for all investors such as banks and individuals to effectively identify credit risks.

    Abstract: A rotor blade for a turbine of a gas turbine includes an airfoil. The airfoil may have a leading edge, a trailing edge, an outboard, and an inboard end that attaches to a root configured to couple the rotor blade to a rotor disc. The airfoil may have a cooling configuration that includes elongated cooling channels for receiving and directing a coolant through the airfoil. The rotor blade may further include: a tip shroud connected to the airfoil; outlet ports formed through an outboard surface of the tip shroud that fluidly communicate with the cooling channels; and flow directing structure formed on the outboard surface of the tip shroud. The flow directing structure may be positioned relative to the outlet ports and configured for directing the flow of coolant discharged from the outlet ports. The rotor blade may be useful to reduce local tip shroud temperature as well as improved stage aerodynamic efficiency by reducing the coolant supply needed to maintain the component at desired temperature levels.
