Abstract: An audio processing method includes: after the terminal accesses the control server, the control server obtains audio capabilities of the terminal through capability negotiation; and the control server selects coded audio data for a terminal and forwards the selected coded audio data to the terminal according to its audio capabilities, without first decoding the selected coded audio data. The audio data does not need to undergo an operation of audio coding and decoding every time when the audio data passes through a control server, and the coding and decoding operations performed by the control server are reduced drastically.

Abstract: A method for notifying a friend includes configuring a friend notifying input box in a text editing interface; initiating a friend association based on a keyword input by a user and a friend list of the user, according to the keyword input in the friend notifying input box by the user; determining at least one friend to be selected from the friend list of the user according to the keyword; determining at least one friend selected by the user from the at least one friend as at least one target friend; sending a friend notification to the at least one target friend after the user finishes editing a text and posts the text. An apparatus for notifying a friend is provided.

Embodiments of the present invention also provide a call establishment device and a call establishment system. Embodiments of the present invention overcome various limits and defects due to the fact that calls between other corresponding terminals can only be established via a particular terminal in each conference room in the prior art, and enable a code stream to be transmitted in the shortest path, thereby greatly reducing the path delay and improving the video conference system scalability.
