    Abstract: The present invention relates to a tetrahydrocarbazole compound, and a pharmaceutical composition and the use thereof. The tetrahydrocarbazole compound is a compound as represented by formula (I), an optical isomer or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The provided tetrahydrocarbazole compound, on one hand, can jointly inhibit OCT4 at the transcriptional and functional levels by means of targeting OCT4 and JAK to promote CSC differentiation, and on the other hand, inhibits differentiated tumor cells by means of inhibiting a JAK/STAT pathway. The compound provided in the present invention acts on two drug targets of OCT4 and JAK/STAT in tumor cells, therapy synergistically inhibiting tumor proliferation and metastasis by means of a dual-targeting effect, and can be used for preparing a drug for treating and/or preventing of cancers.

The water supply loop is used for providing cold-state water supply for a test device, the recirculated water loop is used for reheating cooled water to be saturated and providing the water to the test device. The power supply is used for supplying power to heating equipment and an electric heater in the test device. The present disclosure provides a test method of the loop. Simulation tests can be carried out on a steam generator with or without an axial economizer.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a slag discharging method in a process of producing ultra-low phosphorus steel, which relates to the technical field of iron and steel smelting, and in which molten steel is mixed with lime first to produce basic slag; then converting is performed with oxygen to increase the oxidizability of the basic slag; and a carbon-containing reducing agent is finally added, so that in the process that the carbon is oxidized to release a large amount of carbon monoxide gas, phosphates are captured, and the basic slag is rapidly foamed and overflows from the opening of the steel ladle, so that conditions are no longer available for rephosphorization. Also disclosed is a method for producing ultra-low phosphorus steel, which includes the above-described slag discharging method in a process of producing ultra-low phosphorus steel, and refining and ingotting after slag discharge.

    Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for granulation of a blast furnace slag and recycling of waste heat. The apparatus comprises an aerosol granulation nozzle module, a flow guide, a cyclone separator and a waste heat recovery device; wherein the aerosol granulation nozzle module comprises a slag flow controller, a compressed air flow control valve, a water volume control valve and an aerosol spray gun; the flow guide is configured to fully mix the medium temperature gas and the high-temperature granular slag having a primarily solidified surface in the flow guide; and the cyclone separator is configured to separate the high-temperature granular slag and the medium-to-high-temperature gas. The present invention completes the granulation of blast furnace slag, and organically couples slag sensible heat recovery with sludge drying, thereby recovering the waste heat in the process of slag granulation and improving the efficiency of waste heat recovery and utilization.
