The method includes: obtaining a current first amount of space used of an on-chip memory, and obtaining a current write bandwidth of an off-chip memory; determining a second queue from each first queue stored in the on-chip memory in response to that the first amount of space used is greater than a preset first threshold value and the write bandwidth is less than a preset second threshold value; the queue congestion degree is evaluated according to a preset congestion degree evaluation index; setting a storage state of the second queue to an off-chip state; and storing a target message in a memory indicated by a storage state of a queue where the target message is located.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a performance evaluation method of a LNG ambient air vaporizer, comprising: step 1, performing a site test on an actually-operating LNG AAV and obtaining its parameters, performing a fluid-thermal coupling calculation and simulation of the LNG AAV by use of FEA software, then performing model modification based on the test results; step 2, performing fluid-thermal-structure coupling calculation of an AAV for validation in the FEA software, adding a submodel module for optimization and validation tests; step 3, performing fluid-thermal-structure coupling calculation on the LNG AAV to be evaluated under a design operation condition and an operation condition of the AAV to be put into service in a certain region, and evaluating the LNG AAV according to the results. The present disclosure can evaluate vaporization performance and fatigue life of the AAV simultaneously and has good operability and economical efficiency.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a data acquisition point deployment method and system. The method includes constructing a fitness function by combining a grid coverage rate of a to-be-detected water area and a scalar field reconstruction error of an environment field of non-uniformly distributed water quality features, then optimizing a location set of sampling points by a particle swarm optimization algorithm and a gravitational search algorithm, to determine the best solution of the location set of the sampling points and a fitness value corresponding to the best solution, and deploying a sampling point according to the best solution of the location set of the sampling points. The method realizes maximized coverage monitoring of the water area and better reconstructs the water quality distribution features of the entire water area to better reflect the water quality status of the entire water environment monitoring area according to a sampled value.
