Abstract: Apparatus and techniques for an integrated circuit (IC) package to automatically detect, through an input/out pin, external component parameters and parasitics. An example IC package generally includes a pin for coupling to a component external to the IC package, and at least one of a resistance detector, an inductance detector, or a capacitance detector coupled to the pin, and configured to detect at least one of a resistance, an inductance, or a capacitance, respectively, of a lumped parameter model for the component external to the IC package. The resistance detector, inductance detector, or capacitance detector may also be configured to detect parasitics associated with at least one of the component, the pin, or a connection between the component and the pin.

Abstract: A laser fusion welding device includes a 1.9 ?m laser light source, a control unit and a light spot adjusting device. The control unit is configured to control the laser light source and the light spot adjusting device to adjust a laser power density at an object to be subjected to fusion welding. The 1.9 ?m laser light source has output power of 100-500 W. The control unit includes a time control unit, a power control unit and a light spot control unit. The time control unit is configured to control a turn-on time of the laser light source. The power control unit is configured to control the output power of the laser light source. The light spot control unit is configured to control the light spot adjusting device to adjust a size of a light spot at the object to be subjected to fusion welding.

Abstract: An interaction method, an interaction apparatus, and an electronic device are provided. The method includes: determining, in response to detecting a predefined size transformation operation, target transformation information of a target video based on whether a current size of the target video is a preset anchor point size, where the target video is a video played in a video play area; and transforming the target video based on the target transformation information, and playing the transformed target video.
