  • Publication number: 20240370817
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device for evaluating a shipping risk caused by a sea ice disaster, and a computing device. The method includes: obtaining a historical daily-scale sea ice thickness data set of a monitored region; evaluating a risk level of sea ice disaster-inducing factors, vulnerability of a disaster-affected body and an exposure level in accordance with the historical daily-scale sea ice thickness data set; determining a disaster-bearing capability and a risk level of the disaster-affected body in the sea ice disaster in accordance with the risk level of the sea ice disaster-inducing factors, the vulnerability of the disaster-affected body and the exposure level; and evaluating shipping risks for different types of disaster-affected bodies within different return periods in accordance with the disaster-bearing capability and the risk level of the disaster-affected body in the sea ice disaster.

  • Patent number: 11827995
Abstract: The present invention provides an in-situ method for synthesizing a Ni—W—WC composite coating, which includes the following steps: immersing a carbon steel substrate to be coated in an electroplating solution and electroplating, to obtain a Ni—W—C alloy coating on the surface of the carbon steel substrate; and then subjecting the alloy coating to high temperature heat treatment to obtain the Ni—W—WC composite coating. The electroplating solution comprises the following components: a nickel salt, a tungstate, citric acid, a citrate, a recarburizer, and a wetting agent. The present invention shows merits of simple operation, high current efficiency, simple electroplating process, and is clean and causes no pollution, thus meeting the requirements of environment protection.

  • Patent number: 9355480
Abstract: Improved techniques involve uniformly distributing remainder pixels to the visual components when distributing the visual components in a display of a fixed pixel width. When displaying a number of visual components on the display, an electronic device connected to the display generates remainder pixels that are the result of the quotient of the number of display pixels and the number of visual components not being a whole number. The electronic device then distributes the remainder pixels to the visual components in a uniform manner so that each visual component is aligned with a respective visual target in the display.
