Abstract: Provided are a method and device for processing pre-handover, User Equipment (UE) and a cell. The method includes that: UE receives pre-handover target cell configuration information sent by a serving cell; and the UE executes pre-handover procedure according to the pre-handover target cell configuration information. By the disclosure, the problems of low handover success rate and poor handover robustness of inter-cell handover in the related art are solved, and effects of enhancing robustness of inter-cell handover, increasing a success rate of inter-cell handover and improving network performance and a user experience are further achieved.

The method includes: when data arrive at a device, the device judging whether the arrived data have a delay-tolerant characteristic or not; if the arrived data have the delay-tolerant characteristic, then the device delaying scheduling and transmission of the arrived data; and if the arrived data do not have the delay-tolerant characteristic, then the device immediately initiating a call process or immediately initiating a data transmission process. Wherein, the device is a user equipment or a base station. When the device is the user equipment, the arrived data are uplink data, and when the device is the base station, the arrived data are downlink data corresponding to the user equipment. The technical scheme of the present application delays the scheduling of service data with the delay-tolerance characteristic, thus alleviating resource pressure of PUSCH and PDSCH and optimizing system efficiency.

Abstract: A method, apparatus and system for rejecting auxiliary information about user equipment are disclosed, which relate to the technical field of wireless communications, and solve the problem that UE retransmitting auxiliary information generates additional overheads or fails to know the reason why a network side rejects. The method includes: a network side receiving auxiliary information reported by user equipment; and if the network side determines not to reconfigure a wireless parameter for the user equipment, the network side transmitting rejection reason information to the user equipment. The above technical solution is applicable to an LTE or UMTS system, and realizes the control by UE of the transmission of auxiliary information according to a rejection mechanism.

Disclosed are a UE, a network equipment and a system including the aforementioned UE and network equipment for reporting mobility parameters of the UE. In this way, the network side can know mobility related information of the UE and appropriately configure related parameters of the UE, thus decreasing effectively power consumption of the UE and resulted pressure on the network side of using signaling and resources.
