A flexible touch substrate has a bending region and a non-bending region, and including a flexible base and a plurality of touch electrodes arranged on the flexible base, in which a transparent conductive layer is arranged at least on the plurality of touch electrodes corresponding in a one-to-one manner to the touch electrodes in the bending region, an orthogonal projection of each transparent conductive pattern on the flexible base at least partially covers a corresponding touch electrodes, and each of the transparent conductive patterns is electrically connected to the corresponding touch electrode and electrically insulated from the other touch electrodes than the corresponding touch electrode.
