Abstract: Disclosed are a lock catch and a vehicle. The lock catch includes: a base seat, a buckle, a buckle return spring, a transmission member and a button. The base seat is provided with an inserting groove extending in a first direction; the buckle is corresponding to the inserting groove, the buckle is rotatably connected to the base seat to have a first state and a second state, the buckle is provided with a buckle portion configured to be buckled with the buckle hole, and the buckle portion is further configured to be abutted against the locking tongue; the buckle return spring is provided between the buckle and the base seat; the transmission member is connected to the buckle; and the button is provided with two abutting surfaces respectively towards the two transmission portions.
