    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cyclone separator and a cyclone separation method. The cyclone separator includes a shell and a core tube. An upper end of the shell is provided with a gas inlet. A lower end of the shell is provided with a shell outlet. An opening at a lower end of the core tube is provided inside the shell. The lower end of the core tube is provided with a baffle structure, and at least a portion of the baffle structure extends vertically. By providing the baffle structure, the present disclosure can cut off the flow path of the short-circuit flow and the radially centripetal moving gas flow such as the centripetal flow in the particle spiral band area, weaken the short-circuit flow, the inner vortex flow and the precessing vortex core, thus improving separation efficiency of fine particles with particle diameters of 1 ?m to 10 ?m.

    Abstract: A radio frequency (RF) receiver has an antenna, a low-noise amplifier, a sigma-delta frequency synthesizer/voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), an in-phase and quadrature (I/Q) mixer, a channel filter, and a digital baseband circuit. The digital baseband circuit has a demodulator, a preamble detection and carrier frequency offset (CFO) estimation circuit, and a CFO to sigma-delta modulation (SDM) input mapper. A preamble field of a digital demodulated signal generated by the demodulator is detected by the preamble detection and CFO estimation circuit. The RF receiver simultaneously compensates its CFO and optimizes a bandwidth of the channel filter based on the detection of the preamble field of the digital demodulated signal by the preamble detection and CFO estimation circuit.

Compared with a traditional production line includes two independent processes, the present disclosure increases the production efficiency for tens to hundreds of times.     Abstract: Individual probes on micro-arrays are re-scaled and corrected with a set of probe dependent coefficients derived from genomic-DNA hybridization signals. A dynamic range for gDNA binding is determined by measuring a concentration signal curve. Signals for each probe are measured during multiple hybridizations within a linear range. Concentration insensitive probes are then found for two sets of experiments. Probes are discarded based on a threshold compared to their standard deviation divided by their average in each set. The correction coefficients are used to calculate a corrected intensity for each probe. Probes having high uncertainty (0.5 in one embodiment) are discarded. A weighting factor for each probe is determined along with an uncertainty factor. Finally, a call for each gene is made, such as absent, marginal or present.
