    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to coordinated multipoint wireless communications methods. One example method includes predicting a first delay difference between receiving, by a terminal device, downlink data from a beam A of a first node and receiving, by the terminal device, the downlink data from a beam B of a second node, where the terminal device is located in a coverage area in which the beam A intersects with the beam B, and determining a first adjustment time period based on the first delay difference, where the first adjustment time period is used to adjust a transmission time in which the first node transmits the downlink data to the terminal device by using the beam A.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to outer loop link adaptation adjustment methods and apparatus. In one example method, a base station obtains at least one piece of channel quality information of a terminal device, determines, based on the at least one piece of channel quality information of the terminal device and channel quality ranges of a plurality of clusters in a cell, a target cluster to which the terminal device belongs, updates a signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) error adjustment amount of the target cluster and a channel quality fluctuation parameter of the cell based on the at least one piece of channel quality information of the terminal device, and finally determines an initial value of an outer loop link adaptation (OLLA) adjustment amount of the terminal device based on the SINR error adjustment amount of the target cluster and the channel quality fluctuation parameter of the cell.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose an information transmission method, a receiving device, a sending device, and a system. The method includes: receiving, by a receiving device, coded data of ith retransmission; obtaining a transmission count RvCnt(i) of the ith retransmission; determining a redundancy version Rv(i) of the ith retransmission based on the transmission count RvCnt(i) of the ith retransmission; combining the coded data of the ith retransmission into a virtual circular buffer of a data block based on the redundancy version Rv(i) of the ith retransmission; and performing decoding. The method may not be limited by a current quantity of redundancy versions. Therefore, a column starting position of coded data of each retransmission in the virtual circular buffer can be flexibly determined, and a requirement of a high transmission code rate is met.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method. The method includes: obtaining, by a sending device, a first transport block size TBS, where a bit rate corresponding to the first TBS is greater than or equal to 1; obtaining, by the sending device, a second TBS from a pre-defined TBS set based on the first TBS; and obtaining, by the sending device, data in at least two different locations in a same code block based on the second TBS, and sending the data to a receiving device for the receiving device to perform hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ combining and decoding on the data in the at least two different locations. The embodiments of the present invention further provide a data transmission apparatus. The embodiments of the present invention specifically have advantages of improving data transmission efficiency and spectrum efficiency of a data link.
