The starting voltage boost module is configured to boost a second preset voltage to a third preset voltage higher than a first preset voltage in advance within a predetermined period of time when the second preset voltage is restored to the first preset voltage.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a driving device and a driving method of a liquid crystal display device and a liquid crystal display device. The liquid crystal display device comprises a display panel. The driving method comprising following steps of: displaying a current image by driving the display panel in a current reverse driving mode; detecting a variation value of a common voltage of the display panel during a prescribed period of time, and determining whether the variation value of the common voltage is greater than a prescribed threshold voltage variation; and in case that the variation value of the common voltage is greater than the prescribed threshold voltage variation, determining an occurrence of an image flickering and changing the current reverse driving mode. According to the present disclosure, the flickering of the liquid crystal display device can be reduced.

The over-driving method includes: acquiring an actual gray scale value outputted from any pixel in a previous frame; acquiring an original gray scale value to be outputted from the corresponding pixel in a current frame; and looking up an over-driving comparison table according to the actual gray scale value in the previous frame and the original gray scale value in the current frame, and determining an actual gray scale value that should be outputted in the current frame. The method can quicken the response speed of the liquid crystal and improve the phenomenon of crosstalk when being used in a 3D mode of shutter glasses.
