    Abstract: The present invention relates to a flame-retardant nylon composite and use thereof, including components: 55 parts to 80 parts of a nylon resin; 1 part to 30 parts of a red phosphorus; and 0.01 part to 2 parts of a phenolic substance. According to the present invention, by adding a small amount of the phenolic substance to the red phosphorus flame-retardant nylon composite, phosphorus precipitation can be effectively inhibited, and a phosphine precipitation amount can be reduced to 30 ppm or less, while good electrical performances can be maintained, which is applicable in fields of connectors, contactors, etc. in electronic appliances.

    Abstract: A halogen-free flame-retardant polyamide (PA) composite includes the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 50 parts of an aliphatic PA, 10 to 30 parts of an aromatic PA, 20 to 30 parts of a halogen-free flame retardant, 10 to 50 parts of a glass fiber, 1 to 5 parts of a char-forming agent, and 0 to 5 parts of an additive, where the aromatic PA is at least one selected from the group consisting of PA66/6T, PA MXD6, and PA6T/6I and the char-forming agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of dipentaerythritol (DPE) and tripentaerythritol (TPE). In the halogen-free flame-retardant PA composite, the aromatic PA itself has high-temperature resistance and aging resistance and exhibits a synergistic effect with a dense carbon layer formed by the char-forming agent during aging. The present disclosure discloses a preparation method of the halogen-free flame-retardant PA composite.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a low-mold deposit halogen-free flame-retardant thermoplastic polyamide composition, and a preparation method and use thereof. The composition includes the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 82 parts of a thermoplastic polyamide resin; 13 to 25 parts of a flame retardant; 1 to 5 parts of a flame-retardant synergist; 5 to 50 parts of a reinforcement material; and 0.5 to 5 parts of an adsorbent, where the flame retardant includes a phosphinate-based flame retardant and the adsorbent is an ethylene copolymer. In the present disclosure, an ethylene copolymer is added as an adsorbent and an addition amount of the ethylene copolymer is controlled, so that the prepared composition exhibits excellent flame resistance and electrical properties, and can effectively reduce the release of small molecules during the injection molding and greatly reduce an amount of the mold deposit generated during the injection molding.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a polyamide composite material, which includes the following components in parts by weight: 25-85 parts of a polyamide resin; 10-50 parts of a glass fiber; 5-25 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene; and 0.1-2 parts of at least one of a K/Na/Ca/Mg/Ba/Zn/Li/Al salt of montanic acid. The montanate can effectively inhibit free hydrogen fluoride in the polytetrafluoroethylene, thereby effectively inhibiting free silicon in the glass fiber and improving the electrical performance of the material.

By adding trimethallyl isocyanurate (TMAIC) for irradiation cross-linking treatment, and by the red phosphorus flame retardant, not only the polyamide composite can meet the needs of flame retardant, but also glow-wire ignition temperature (GWIT) and comparative tracking index (CTI) have been improved.
