    Abstract: The present application provides a biasing device for detecting a conductor position and wire processing equipment. The biasing device has a bracket, a first drive mechanism, and a detection mechanism. The first drive mechanism has a first support shaft and a mounting slide block rotatably arranged on the bracket, and a mounting slide block, the mounting block can move relative to the bracket along the extension direction of the first support shaft when the first support shaft rotates; the detection mechanism is fixedly connected to the mounting slide block, and is arranged movably relative to the bracket along the extension direction of the first support shaft to determine whether the measured conductor is located in the detection area of the designated position.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a detection device for detecting a position of a conductor, a wire processing equipment, and a method for detecting a position of a conductor in wire processing. The detection device has: a bracket; and a plurality of conductive probes provided on the bracket and spaced from each other. The conductive probes have a detection position, and the detection device is configured to determine whether the detected conductor is at a predetermined position by detecting whether the conductive probes at the detection position are electrically connected through the conductor; when at least two conductive probes are electrically connected with each other through the detected conductor, the detected conductor is determined in the predetermined position; when no two conductive probes are electrically connected with each other through the detected conductor, the detected conductor is determined not in the predetermined position.

    Abstract: The present application provides a detection mechanism, conducting wire processing device for a conducting wire positioning apparatus, and the conducting wire processing device. The detection mechanism has: an electrically conductive assembly, a displacement assembly, and a detection circuit. The electrically conductive assembly has at least two electrically conductive probes, which are configured to be in electric connection with the exposed conductor portion by contacting with the exposed conductor portion. The displacement assembly is configured to drive the electrically conductive assembly to switch between a separated position and a contact position. The detection circuit is in electric connection with the at least two electrically conductive probes. When the at least two electrically conductive probes are in contact with the exposed conductor portion, the detection circuit is conducted, and it is determined that the exposed conductor portion is located at the designated position.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a push device, a wire processing device and a wire processing method. The push device comprises of: a driving device configured to generate a driving force; a transmission mechanism flexibly connected with the driving device; and a pushing part fixedly connected with the transmission mechanism and being movable under the drive of the transmission mechanism. When the pushing part is moved, the pushing part transmits a pushed part to a predetermined position; when the pushed part is transmitted to the predetermined position, the driving force of the driving device stops acting on the driving mechanism. In the present invention, the driving device drives the pushing part to move by the transmission mechanism, and when the pushing part moves, the insulation heat shrinkable tube is pushed to a predetermined position to facilitate the next processing operation. At least one of the two pushing parts is movable to push the insulation heat shrinkable tube to the predetermined position.
