Abstract: In providing a help service, a server: receives a help request from a help seeker; matches the help request to potential helpers using a scoring model; sends a list of potential helpers to the help seeker; receives selections of potential helpers; sends the help request to each selected potential helper; receives from potential helper indication of willingness to respond to the help request; and sends to the help seeker information on the potential helpers. The server may further: search an external platform for posts seeking help; import the post to the help service; and send a response from potential helpers to post on the platform. The server may further: analyze keywords in the help request; determine it a candidate for sponsored answers; routes the help request to specialists; receives answers from specialists; and sends the answers to the help seeker. The server may further provide a safety net strength score.

Abstract: A system for providing continual contextual guidance gathers real time data about a user via a mobile device in the user's possession. The system obtains additional data via at least one database. The system infers a context associated with at least a portion of the real time data and/or the additional data, where the context is associated with the user. The system matches the context to guidance information for the user, where the guidance information is intended to improve a wellbeing associated with the user, and transmits the guidance information back to the user via the mobile device. The system continuously matches the context to guidance information in near real-time for a plurality of users. The system identifies a community of helpers that can assist in improving the wellbeing associated with the user.

Abstract: A method enables an application executing on a mobile computing device to access, via an application programming interface, data associated with a measurement taken by a blood glucose meter peripheral to the mobile computing device. The method includes transmitting, by a blood glucose meter peripherally connected to a mobile computing device, to a software module provided by a first organization and executing on the mobile computing device, a blood glucose reading of a user of the blood glucose meter. The method includes generating, by the software module, an identification of an event responsive to the transmitted blood glucose reading. The method includes providing, by the software module, an application programming interface allowing an application provided by a second organization and executing on the mobile computing device, to access data associated with at least one of the blood glucose reading and the identification of the event.

Abstract: When a group of users engage in activities comprising multiple tasks shared amongst the group, difficulties may arise from tracking progress, facilitating communication, reconciling tasks, etc. Accordingly, as provided herein, a collaborative view for a group participation plan may be created. A group participation plan comprising one or more tasks and one or more participant identities may be received. A commitment plan may be created by allocating the one or more tasks to respective participant identities. The commitment plan may be presented within a collaborative view. The collaborative view may show overall group progress, individual progress, and/or other information relating to the completion of allocated tasks. The collaborative view may be updated based upon task progress. Participants may view and interact with the collaborative view (e.g., a web-based user interface). For example, a participant may track individual progress, group progress, and/or other participant's progress.
