The method includes: generating a schematic of an integrated circuit including a plurality of components, each of the components associated with a format, the format indicating a matching group that represents a respective circuit functionality; merging a first device array layout, which corresponds to a first subset of the components that share a first matching group, and a second device array layout, which corresponds to a second subset of the components that share a second matching group, to form a third device array layout, in response to detecting that the first device array layout and the second device array layout share a same cell type; forming a first layer enclosing the third device array layout; inserting dummy patterns surrounding the first layer; and inserting a guard ring further surrounding the dummy patterns.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is the use a cyanobacterial biomass for treating hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, in particular, chronic HBV infection. According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, the cyanobacterial biomass, upon administration of at least one month, significantly reduces the level of the surface antigen of hepatitis B virus (HBsAg) detectable in the subject receiving the treatment and/or mitigates insomnia associated with chronic HBV infection.

Abstract: A replaceable key structure includes a key holder and a circuit board. The key holder is disposed above a circuit board. The key holder is formed with a mounting slot for selectively receiving a first key module or a second key module therein. A magnetic sensor and a contact connector are disposed on the circuit board positionally corresponding to the mounting slot of the key holder. The first key module has a shaft, and a magnetic element disposed on the bottom of the shaft. The magnetic sensor can output an analog signal when the magnetic element approaches. The second key module has a trigger switch which has two electrical terminals disposed on the bottom surface of the second key module. When the second key module is installed in the mounting slot, the electrical terminals can be electrically connected to the contact connector.

The external retaining device has a plugging unit removably engaged in and fixed to the receiving receptacle, and a clipping unit connected to the plugging unit for clipping a portable electronic device.
