  • Publication number: 20260201321
Abstract: Provided is a stem cell-derived embryo model construction method. The method comprises: culturing primordial stem cells in vitro or injecting primordial stem cells into an immunodeficient animal for differentiation, so as to obtain a stem cell-derived embryo model. By means of the method, during the preparation of the stem cell-derived embryo model, there is no need to add cytokines and small molecule pathway interference factors, and there is no need to perform gene editing and only a single starting cell type is used.

  • Publication number: 20250076665
Abstract: A head-mounted display device including a display part and a headrest module is provided. The headrest module includes a base, a first driver, a first soft pad, a first sensor and a controller. The base is pivotally connected to the display part. The first driver is connected between the base and the display part, and is used to drive the base to rotate relative to the display part. The first soft pad is disposed on the base and used to contact a forehead of a user. The first sensor is disposed on the first soft pad and is used to sense the pressure exerted by the forehead on the first soft pad. The controller is electrically connected to the first sensor and the first driver, and is used to control the first driver to drive the base or stop driving the base according to the sensing result of the first sensor.

  • Publication number: 20230407249
Abstract: Provided are media and methods for establishing and maintaining mammalian early embryo-like cells. The culture media can be used to culture mammalian pluripotent stem cells (PSCs), which is chemically defined and comprises basal media for culturing stem cells supplemented with a S-adenosylhomocysteine hydrolase (SAH)/Polycomb repressive complexes (PRC)/EZH2 inhibitor, a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor and a WNT/?-catenin signaling/tankyrase inhibitor. With the culture media, primate (human and non-human) PSCs can be converted to preimplantation ICM-like cells (ICLCs) or 8-cell embryo-like cells (8CLCs).
