The data sharing method applied between vehicles includes: obtaining communication quality of a data sharing link between a first vehicle and a second vehicle; selecting, according to the communication quality, a sensor data level that matches the communication quality, the sensor data level being determined by a first parameter in at least one of the following dimensions of sensor data: quality of the sensor data and quantity of the sensor data; and sharing, according to the selected sensor data level by using the data sharing link, sensor data corresponding to the sensor data level with the second vehicle.

Abstract: A mode switching method for a broadcast service is provided. A trigger instruction is determined when switching of a broadcast mode is to be performed. The trigger instruction is configured to instruct switching of the broadcast mode of a terminal. The trigger instruction is transmitted to an access network device to enable the access network device to transmit a switching request to a functional network element. The switching request is configured to instruct the functional network element to configure a corresponding mode parameter. The mode parameter is configured to instruct the access network device to update an execution parameter, to obtain a configuration parameter and to transmit the configuration parameter to the terminal. Switching to a corresponding broadcast mode is performed according to the configuration parameter to establish a wireless connection with the access network device.

A method can include preparing, at a network element operated by an operator, radio resource information related to one or more operators other than the operator. The method can also include broadcasting, by the network element, the radio resource information. The radio resource information can be configured to permit a user equipment served by the network element to perform device-to-device discovery and/or communication with another user equipment served by at least one of the one or more operators.

Abstract: In a method for remotely controlling a vehicle, protocol data unit (PDU) session parameter information corresponding to a plurality of remote control modes of the vehicle is obtained by a session management function entity. The plurality of remote control modes includes a first remote control mode and a second remote control mode. While the vehicle is controlled according to the PDU session parameter information corresponding to the first remote control mode, mode switching information is received from an application function entity by the session management function entity. The delay jitter characteristics indicate changes in transmission delay of the service data packets. Whether jitter optimization is to be performed is determined by an application layer device according to the delay jitter characteristics and delay jitter requirements of the service data packets. First indication information is transmitted to a core network element when the jitter optimization is determined to be performed. The core network element is configured to start delay jitter optimization in response to the first indication information.
