Abstract: A mat for hidden-type splicing includes a mat body and a splicing bottom base connected thereto. Sides of the splicing bottom base are formed with two adjacent convex parts and two adjacent concave parts. The convex part has a convex part connection surface disposed corresponding to and being flush with a side edge of the mat body. Outwardly convex splicing teeth are disposed on the convex part connection surface and protrude outside the side edge, and adjacent two of which have a splicing outer groove formed therebetween. The concave part has a concave part connection surface disposed corresponding to and being flush with another side edge of the mat body. Inwardly concave splicing grooves are disposed in the concave part connection surface, and adjacent two of which have a splicing inner tooth formed therebetween. The mat body completely covers the two concave parts located therebelow.

Abstract: Compositions comprising OB-R agonists and methods of treatment for conditions such as systemic inflammatory response syndrome are provided. One suitable OB-R agonist ligand is recombinant human OB protein, also known as leptin. Also provided are methods and compositions for the treatment of obesity and OB resistance. Assay methods and kits relating to these conditions are also included.
