    Abstract: The present application provides immune cells (such as T cells) comprising a chimeric antibody-T cell receptor (TCR) construct (caTCR) and a chimeric signaling receptor (CSR) construct. The caTCR comprises an antigen-binding module that specifically binds to a target antigen and a T cell receptor module (TCRM) capable of recruiting at least one TCR-associated signaling molecule, and the CSR comprises a ligand-binding domain that specifically binds to a target ligand and a co-stimulatory signaling domain capable of providing a stimulatory signal to the immune cell. Also provided are methods of making and using these cells.

    Abstract: A tracer particle spreading device for a boundary layer flow visualization experiment based on a flat plate includes a tracer particle generator, a smoke storage box, and a wall-surface particle distribution box. Fume and oil are pressurized by a micro pump and flows into a heating pipe to be heated and vaporized, and then is ejected from a nozzle to form tracer particles. The tracer particles enter the smoke storage box via a smoke guiding tube. An axial flow fan is mounted on a wall surface of the smoke storage box. The tracer particles enter a cavity of the wall-surface particle distribution box via the smoke guiding tube, and the tracer particles are rectified by a rectifying plate and ejected from a spreading slit. An outlet of the spreading slit is at an angle of 15° with respect to an experiment flat plate.

The selective TiSi deposition process is selective to silicon-based material over dielectric material. The methods also include performing a selective deposition process of a metal material on the MOL contact structure. The selective deposition process is selective to TiSi material over dielectric material and forms a silicide capping layer on the silicon-based connection portion. The methods further include performing a seed layer deposition process of the metal material on the contact structure.
