    Abstract: The present invention relates to an indicator molecule for the toxigenicity of aflatoxigenic fungi and the use thereof. The amino acid sequence of the indicator molecule ABFT-YJFZ01 for the toxigenicity of the aflatoxigenic fungi is as represented in SEQ ID NO. 1. The indicator molecule is used for identifying the aflatoxin-producing capacity of the Aspergillus aflatoxigenic fungi and identifying whether the aflatoxigenic fungi with high toxigenicity is present in farmland, agricultural products and feed, and is easy to popularize and apply.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a microbial agent with functions of preventing and controlling aflatoxin and aflatoxigenic strain thereof and promoting yield increase of crops. The microbial agent is compounded from 5 microbes comprising Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Brevibacillus laterosporu, Bacillus mucilaginosus Krassilnikov, Enterobacter ludwigii and Myroides odoratimimus by separate fermentative cultivation, concentration and mixing. The microbial agent is applied to a field planting stage of crops such as peanuts, which can effectively reduce the abundance and infection probability of toxin-producing strain such as Aspergillus flavus in soil from the source, reduce the risk of aflatoxin pollution of peanuts after production, improve the quality and safety level of peanuts, and at the same time, promote crop growth, enhance the resistance, and improve the full pod rate and yield, and has significant economic, social and ecological benefits.

    Abstract: An immunoadsorbent and a composite affinity column for purifying fumonisin B1, anguidin, T-2 toxin, zearalenone, and vomitoxin. The immunoadsorbent includes a solid phase carrier, and a fumonisin B1 monoclonal antibody, an anguidin monoclonal antibody, a T-2 toxin monoclonal antibody, a zearalenone monoclonal antibody and a vomitoxin monoclonal antibody which are coupled to the solid phase carrier, the anguidin monoclonal antibody is a monoclonal antibody secreted by a hybridoma cell strain DAS5G11E7 having an accession number of CCTCCNO:C201881. The affinity column can be used for high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry detection of the fumonisin B1, the anguidin, the T-2 toxin, the zearalenone and the vomitoxin, and has stable performance. Furthermore, an economical, quick, precise and safe detection method is established of the basis of the affinity column, and can be used for purifying and detecting samples of the five toxins without mutual interference and influence.

    Abstract: A method for identifying and evaluating toxigenic capability of an aflatoxigenic strain. A ratio of the aflatoxin yield to Nor-1 gene transcriptional quantity is determined to have high relative stability. An Aspergillus flavus strain toxigenic capability identification model is established, and thus a regression equation between the Aspergillus flavus toxigenic capability and the ratio AFT/Nor-1 of the aflatoxin yield to the Nor-1 gene transcriptional quantity is obtained.
