Abstract: The present invention is related to a business-in-a-box (BiB) integration server and BiB integration method. The BiB integration server includes a software package acquisition module for acquiring the installation package of at least one piece of software according to an installation information; a software installation module, for installing at least one piece of software on at least one hardware platform that constitutes the BiB according to the installation information; and a software package transmission module, for transmitting the software installation package to at least one client terminal. The present invention further provides a BiB service system, comprising a BiB apparatus, and a BiB remote console for controlling the BiB apparatus. Further, the present invention provides a BiB integration method corresponding to the BiB integration server.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer program product are provided for activating a blade server in a blade server system. The method comprises receiving a request for activating the blade server and obtaining a hardware feature of the blade server. The method further comprises determining a virtual machine management program corresponding to the hardware feature of the blade server in accordance with a correspondence relationship between the hardware feature of the blade server and the virtual machine management program and remotely activating the blade server via a management bus by using the determined virtual machine management program. In accordance with the method, a suitable built-in virtual machine management program may be determined according to user requirements, and system security and stability upon blade server activation may be ensured.

Abstract: Techniques for reconstructing a target hierarchy tree structure from profiling data of a computer system according to a predefined relational model, so as to obtain profiling information of a certain selected node. The predefined relational model is defined in advance according to a hierarchy tree structure of the profiling data, and is stored in an external storage system. The hierarchy tree structures can be constructed dynamically as required, thus the occupied amount of a memory can be seduced and users can view the profiling data freely.

Abstract: The image data compression method involves the performing of steps: a block dividing step for dividing a computer processor pipeline statistic image to be displayed into a plurality of blocks with predetermined block width and block height; a block list creating step for creating a block list for indexed blocks containing meaningful pixels in the divided blocks such that the indexed blocks are associated with each other, wherein the meaningful pixels are pixels corresponding to the computer processor pipeline raw trace data; and a pixel information compressing step for compressing original pixel information on the meaningful pixels in the indexed blocks and storing it in the block list. Apparatus for performing the method is also provided.
