    Abstract: The present invention provides a polarizing sheet removing tool and removing method. The tool includes a handle and a blade mounted on the handle. The handle includes a main body, a piston device mounted on the main body, and a guide tube mounted on the main body. The main body forms therein a channel for containing an adhesive dissolving liquid. The piston device is mounted inside the channel. The guide tube has an end in communication with the channel and an opposite end positioned on the blade to guide the adhesive dissolving liquid contained in the channel to the blade. The present invention uses a tool on which a piston device and adhesive dissolving liquid are provided so that in removing a polarizing sheet, the adhesive dissolving liquid can be guided by a guide tube toward a blade for subsequently flowing toward and dissolving bonding adhesive.

The present invention also includes an LCD inspection system.     Abstract: A method and an apparatus for forming an alignment film are disclosed, comprising: providing a substrate comprising a displaying region and a non-displaying region; spraying an alignment liquid onto the displaying region of the substrate; disposing an interference plate directly above the substrate; moving the interference plate downward in the upper surface of the substrate to a level equal to an average thickness of the alignment liquid so as to promote quick and uniform diffusion of the alignment liquid in the displaying region; and baking the uniformly diffused alignment liquid to form the alignment film. By using the interference plate to limit the height of the alignment liquid after the alignment liquid is sprayed, the thickness of the alignment film is guaranteed and uniform diffusion of the alignment liquid is promoted. This enhances the uniformity of the alignment film and improves both the displaying performance and the production efficiency.

    Abstract: A TFT array substrate includes a pixel region and a wiring region disposed outside the pixel region. The wiring region has a wiring layer including scan or data wirings. A repair wiring layer including repair wiring is disposed insulatedly below or above the wiring layer. A scan or data wiring has a first intersection and a second intersection with a repair wiring section of the repair wiring. When the scan or data wiring is broken, a repair wiring section is cut off the repair wiring by a first cut-off point and a second cut-off point, and the broken scan or data wiring is electrically connected to the repair wiring section through soldering the first intersection and the second intersection. Thus, products that would otherwise be rejected in the manufacturing process of LCD panels can be repaired, which decreases the reject ratio, increases the yield and saves the production cost.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display (LCD), an array substrate of the LCD and a method for repairing a broken line are disclosed. According to the present disclosure, a detection line and a repairing line are disposed on an array substrate of the LCD, the detection line is connected to a non-defective scan line and the repairing line is connected to a broken line; and when a scan signal is detected by the repairing IC via the detection line, a repairing signal is outputted at an appropriate time to repair the broken line via the repairing line.
