The first resistor circuit is connected between the second input terminal and a first node to prevent ESD from being input to the second input terminal. The first fuse box is connected between the first node and the output terminal of the operational amplifier. The second resistor circuit is connected between the second input terminal and a second node to prevent ESD from being input to the second input terminal. The second fuse box is connected between the second node and a terminal for receiving a ground voltage.
