Abstract: Provided is a wire rod for a concrete reinforcing steel fiber, a steel fiber, and a manufacturing method therefor. According to one disclosed embodiment of a wire rod for a concrete reinforcing steel fiber, the wire rod comprises, by weight, C: 0.01 to 0.04%, Si: 0.07 to 0.3%, Mn: 1.0 to 2.0%, P: 0.1 to 0.3% and the balance of Fe and other unavoidable impurities, wherein, when the radius of the wire rod is r, in a region from the center of a cross section perpendicular of the longitudinal direction to 0.95*r, the area fraction of ferrite is 90% or more, and the remainder comprises pearlite, wherein the average grain size of the ferrite may be 30 ?m or less and the colony size of the pearlite may be 10 ?m or less.

Abstract: Disclosed are a wire rod for a steel fiber having a strength of 1,500 MPa or more without performing LP heat treatment during a wire drawing process, a steel fiber and, a method for manufacturing the same. The wire rod for a high-strength steel fiber according to the present disclosure includes, in percent by weight (wt %), 0.01 to 0.03% of C, 0.05 to 0.15% of Si, 1.0 to 2.0% of Mn, 0.05 to 0.15% of P, 0.005% or less (excluding 0) of Al, 0.01% or less (excluding 0) of N, 0.03% or less (excluding 0) of S, 0.02 to 0.08% of Sn, and the remainder of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein a microstructure is single-phase ferrite.

An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a steel wire rod enabling the omission of softening heat treatment and a method of manufacturing same, the steel wire rod comprising, in weight %, 0.2-0.45% of C, 0.02-0.4% of Si, 0.3-1.5% of Mn, 0.01-1.5% of Cr, 0.02-0.05% of Al, 0.01-0.5% of Mo, 0.01% or less of N, and the balance Fe and other unavoidable impurities, wherein the microstructure of the steel wire rod is a composite structure of proeutectoid ferrite+perlite as a main phase; the steel wire rod contains 10 area % or less (including 0%) of at least one of bainite or martensite; and the average colony size of the perlite is 5 ?m or less.
