Abstract: A method and system of synchronizing data processed through web widgets distributed across network nodes is disclosed. In one embodiment, a method of a service provider module includes linking an admired party webpage of an admired party with a follower webpage of a follower of the admired party when a replica of a web widget of the admired party webpage is integrated to the follower webpage, assigning a common module identification to the web widget of the admired party webpage and to the replica of the web widget on the follower webpage, and simultaneously updating the admired party webpage and the follower webpage using the common module identification based on data processed in at least one of the web widget of the admired party webpage and the replica of the web widget on the follower webpage.

Abstract: A method and system a gift card sharing in a custom merchandise environment. In one embodiment, a method includes providing a product template having a region in which customization is allowable, applying a design of a creator user in the region, generating a set of parameters in which further customization is allowable in the region based on a preference of the creator user, constraining the design to the product template, generating a gift card associated with the product template having the design in the region, communicating the gift card to a recipient user and generating an interface that enables the recipient user to further customize the design in the region of the product template based on the set of parameters defined by the creator user. The method may further include processing a payment provided by the creator user when purchasing the gift card.

Abstract: A fully-embedded commercial transaction using an unobtrusive presentation without click-through is disclosed. In one embodiment, a method of a media module of a distributor module includes generating a custom media playlist on a space adjacent to a content data associated with a profile of a patron of a publisher module having the content data, configuring the custom media playlist based on a preference data of the patron, and enabling a transaction of a particular item of the custom media playlist without leaving the space. In another embodiment, a method of a delivery module of a distributor module includes embedding a commerce engine having a manifestation of an offering in a message portion of an electronic message, communicating the electronic message to a recipient, and enabling the recipient to transact the offering directly in the message portion of the electronic message without being redirected to another location.

Abstract: Charisma monetization through an integrated and reusable commerce engine is disclosed. In one embodiment, a method of a service provider includes providing a holistic commerce solution to an admired party through an integration of a branded commerce engine in a mark-up language page of the admired party, fulfilling a transaction when a follower of the admired party purchases an offering on the mark-up language page based on a charismatic influence of the admired party on the follower, and sharing a portion of a profit generated from the transaction with the admired party. The admired party may purchase the offering on the mark-up language page at a premium to a market value of the offering based on an empathy relationship between the follower and the admired party formed through a charismatic influence of the admired party on the follower.

Abstract: A system and method for disparate systems to communicate with each other, including a nodal network for distributed processing and caching. The nodal network includes at least one node. The at least one node is coupleable to an Internet. A main server is coupled to the Internet. An application and a database each coupled to the main server. Each node comprises a network server, a Distributed Working Environment for Application Processing (DWEAP) for execution of a runnable module (RUM) of the application, an application module cache for caching the RUM, and a synchronized database cache for caching a portion of the database. The portion of database is required for execution of the application.
