Abstract: A computer system identifies an individual physically present at a location. With the individual's identity, the computer system retrieves information corresponding to the individual from one or more online sources. Based, at least in part, on the retrieved information, the computer system determines a sales approach specific to the individual. The computer system communicates the sales approach to a computing device capable of displaying the sales approach to a user.

Abstract: Embodiments herein provide geospatial-temporal next-best-action decisions. Specifically, a predictive modeling tool is configured to receive, from a user, a first instance of unstructured data, the unstructured data containing an indicator of a transacting opportunity, and generate a profile for the user by combining the unstructured data with structured data, the profile including personality characteristics and identifying information of the user. The profile is used to identify the user as a producer of a second instance of unstructured data by comparing the personality characteristics and identifying information of the user to the second instance of unstructured data. A commercial offer is then generated based on information from the profile of the user and at least one of the first instance of unstructured data or the second instance of unstructured data, and the offer is communicated to the user when the user is located within a predetermined proximity to a retailer.

Abstract: In a method for tracking purchases by a customer, records of purchases forming transaction records are received, identifying a product, service, or category of product or service purchased, and a date/ time of purchase. Location records of usage of mobile devices by respective users are received, indicating a date and time of each usage and an identifier of the corresponding user. Using the transaction records and the location records, locations of the mobile devices at respective dates and times of their usage are correlated to respective locations of stores that provide products and services being purchased. Based on the dates and times of several transaction records, dates and times of several location records are matched within a predetermined time window for one customer. A determination is made that the one customer purchased one or more of the categories of products or services in the matching transaction records.
