  • Publication number: 20240080979
Abstract: There is provided a printed wiring board including an outermost conductive layer that includes a plurality of conductive pads, a first conductive layer that includes a first inner-layer wiring and is stacked on the conductive layer, a second conductive layer that includes a second inner-layer wiring and is stacked on the conductive layer and the first conductive layer, a first signal via that connects one of the conductive pads and the first inner-layer wiring with each other, a second signal via connecting another one of the conductive pads and the second inner-layer wiring with each other, and a stitching via that is connected to a ground. The first inner-layer wiring and the second inner-layer wiring form a common wiring route in which the first inner-layer wiring and the second inner-layer wiring are stacked and disposed in a connection area in which the conductive pads are arranged.

  • Patent number: 11529773
Abstract: A molding machine places strips of a tape material side by side and molds the tape material into a molded shape having a web portion and a flange portion, the tape material including a continuous fiber bundle extending in a longitudinal direction. The molding machine includes spreading unit able to increase a width of the tape material by spreading the tape material, and a laying roller that places the tape material which has passed through the spreading unit onto a surface of a molding tool. The spreading unit continuously changes the width of the tape material to avoid generation of a gap between adjacent strips of the tape material, the adjacent strips being adjacent to each other when the tape material is placed on the surface of the molding tool, and the laying roller places the strips of the tape material side by side in a plurality of rows.

  • Patent number: 11453181
Abstract: A preform figuring method includes mounting and stacking sheet-shape fibrous preparations that have been or are yet to be impregnated with a thermosetting resin on a figuring die that has first and second figuring surfaces at least either one of which is a curved surface and making a preform for a composite material which has a curved surface that corresponds to the curved surface of the figuring die as a stack of the fibrous preparations which has layers by bending the fibrous preparations mounted on the first figuring surface onto the second figuring surface. At least a fraction of the layers that constitute the stack are formed by mounting sheet-shape fibrous preparations on the first figuring surface or the fibrous preparation adjacent in a stacking direction so that the fibrous preparations partly overlap and bending portions of the fibrous preparations mounted so as to overlap onto the second figuring surface.
