  • Patent number: 9740129
Abstract: Ferrite particles have, as a main component, a material represented by a composition formula MxFe3?xO4 (where M is at least one type of metal selected from a group made of Mg, Mn, Ca, Ti, Cu, Zn, Sr and Ni, 0<x<1), where the maximum height Rz of the particles falls within a range of 1.40 ?m to 1.90 ?m, and the degree of distortion Rsk of the particles falls within a range of ?0.25 to ?0.07. • Publication number: 20150219065
Abstract: By outside seawater flowing through a passageway into a water tank having a prescribed volume and installed in the sea with top above the surface of the water, power is generated by a generator provided in the passageway. Therefore, by means of the simple configuration of installing the water tank in water, it is possible to store a prescribed amount of electric power depending on the volume of the water tank and loss is low because the length of the passageway for guiding the seawater into the generator is extremely short compared with conventional systems, making it possible to supply as necessary stable electric power from hydroelectric power generation with good power generation efficiency.

  • Publication number: 20100296665
Abstract: A In a noise suppression apparatus, an extractor extracts a noise component from an audio signal. A stationary noise estimator estimates stationary noise included in the noise component. A first noise suppressor removes a spectrum of the stationary noise from a spectrum of the audio signal to an extent determined by a subtraction factor. A non-stationary noise estimator estimates a spectrum of non-stationary noise by subtracting the spectrum of the stationary noise from the spectrum of the noise component. A factor setter generates a filtering factor for emphasizing a target sound component contained in the audio signal from the spectrum of the non-stationary noise. A second noise suppressor performs a filtering process using the filtering factor on the audio signal after processing of the first noise suppressor.

  • Patent number: 7518472
Abstract: A transmission line having a slot line with a slot formed on a front surface electrode on a dielectric substrate, and two such slot lines are positioned with the front surface electrodes separated from one another with a gap therebetween. A slot resonator with one end open at the gap side is provided at the front edge side of each slot line, and these slot resonators are positioned so as to be capable of coupling to one another .A slot stub which is branched out from the gap side is provided on each front surface electrode. Thus, leakage of a high-frequency signal in the gap can be suppressed with the slot stub.

  • Patent number: 7253781
Abstract: A resonance element array 200 is disposed between a primary radiator 1 and a lens 3. In the resonance element array 200, resonance elements of linear conductors and variable reactance circuits are arranged on a dielectric substrate. A control voltage is applied to a fixed variable reactance circuit by a control portion so that a fixed resonance element is excited by an electromagnetic wave from the primary radiator 1 and the direction of optical path to be collimated by the lens 3 is electronically changed. Thus, an antenna device, in which a beam scanning is speeded, power consumption for the beam scanning is reduced, operation noise in the beam scanning is eliminated, the reliability is increased, and, when required, the beam direction can be directed to any direction, can be obtained. Furthermore, when necessary, the beam radiation pattern can be changed.

  • Publication number: 20070046402
Abstract: A planar dielectric line having a first slot sandwiched between first and second electrodes is provided on a surface of a dielectric substrate. A second slot is positioned so as to face the first slot and is sandwiched between third and fourth electrodes on the rear face of the dielectric substrate. The width of the first slot is narrower than the width of the second slot so that the electromagnetic field energy of a high-frequency signal is concentrated in the first slot.

Abstract: An eyeglass interface device includes a camera section, a wireless communication section, and a power generation section. The camera section acquires the image of the retina of an eyeball of a user, and outputs the imaging signal thereof to the wireless communication section. The wireless communication section transmits the imaging signal from the camera section by a radio wave. The power generation section supplies power to the camera section and the wireless communication section. The eyeglass interface device preferably includes a display section for displaying, on eyeglass lenses, image information sent from a mobile phone or the like to the wireless communication section, and an audio section having a bone conduction earphone and a microphone.
