  • Publication number: 20220202372
Abstract: A biological-data processing apparatus includes a processor; and a memory storing instructions that cause the processor to execute performing an addition-averaging process on biological data; performing a biological data process based on the biological data to obtain a process result, by using addition-average data, obtained as a result of the addition-averaging process, and a parameter that is predetermined; storing, in a storage, an addition count used to obtain the addition-average data, the addition-average data, and the parameter in association with each other; and changing a second parameter to a first parameter, in response to determining that the process result is valid when the biological data process is performed by using a first addition count that is specified and the first parameter corresponding to the first addition count, the second parameter corresponding to a second addition count that is different from the first addition count.

  • Patent number: 9280725
Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes a network creating unit that creates a network in which respective characters of plural character recognition results are represented as nodes, and in which nodes of adjacent character images are connected with a link, a first determining unit that determines a first candidate boundary in the network, a second determining unit that determines a second candidate boundary different from the first candidate boundary in the network, and an extracting unit that extracts, as to-be-searched objects, plural candidate character strings from a set of candidate character strings each formed of nodes between the first candidate boundary and the second candidate boundary.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 6782423
Abstract: For each page set contained in a hypertext and with reference to access history information, a hyperlink transition frequency acquiring unit calculates a transition frequency between the pages (i.e., a hyperlink) of the page set. An attribute extracting unit extracts an attribute from each page in the hypertext. In a correlation analyzing unit there is calculated a correlation between the transition frequency of the hyperlink and the attribute. When a predetermined page set is given as an object of analysis, the attribute extracting unit extracts an attribute, and in an attribute analyzing unit the attribute is compared with a multiple regression expression stored in a correlation data storing unit. The resulting correlation expression is displayed in a display unit. According to this configuration it is possible to show a cause of a problem involved in the page configuration of a hypertext system, present a remedial measure, and improve the page configuration easily.
