The specifying unit specifies, based on the account information acquired by the acquiring unit, a second company that has a deposit/withdrawal transaction with the first company. The determination unit determines, based on the evaluation information related to the second company specified by the specifying unit and based on the information related to the deposit/withdrawal transaction between the first company and the second company, the creditworthiness of the first company.
