    Abstract: A light-transmitting resin (21) is provided to seal LED elements (14a and 14b) disposed on a substrate (1) and a red phosphor resin (24) containing a red phosphor containing K2SiF6:Mn as a base material is disposed on the surface of the light-transmitting resin (21) so as to cover the LED elements (14a and 14b) and have a hemispherical shape. Therefore, variation of change with time in the emission intensity is suppressed in a light emitting layer containing a phosphor containing (Na, K)2(Ge, Si, Ti)F6:Mn as a base material.
