Abstract: A frame is coupled to a magnetic circuit. The frame includes a plurality of holes which are formed outside the coupling portion and opened toward the magnetic circuit. A case covers the magnetic circuit and the frame, and is opened on a sound radiation direction side. An outer circumferential portion of the case is located on the sound radiation direction side beyond the plurality of holes and forms a first gap with respect to the frame. The first gap is communicated with an opening of the case.

Abstract: According to an embodiment of the invention, a speaker apparatus comprises: a frame having a flange portion on a front surface thereof and a recessed portion on a back face thereof; a terminal lug attached to the flange portion of the frame; a capacitor accommodated in the recessed portion of the frame. The capacitor has a capacitor lead wire connected to the terminal lug at the front surface of the frame. A voice coil is connected to the terminal lug at the front surface of the frame.

Abstract: A gas shielded arc welding method in which a non-consumable electrode and a filler wire are respectively connected to independent DC power sources and the non-consumable electrode is located in a preceding position, feeding the filler wire from behind the electrode. The non-consumable electrode is held in a forwardly tilted position to form an angle smaller than 85.degree. with a workpiece, and the non-consumable electrode and filler wire are applied with inverse electric currents to thereby control the arc direction for formation of sound joints. A welding apparatus is also disclosed which is capable of effecting arc extension control and oscillation simultaneously.
