  • Patent number: 11097612
Abstract: A driving force distribution control system for a four-wheel drive vehicle is provided. The four-wheel drive vehicle uses front wheels as main driving wheels, and when a towed vehicle is coupled to a coupling part provided to a rear part of the four-wheel drive vehicle, the towed vehicle has the center of gravity position so that a downward load in a vehicle up-and-down direction is applied to the rear part of the vehicle through the coupling part. A driving force distribution control device includes a towing determination module configured to determine whether the vehicle is towing the towed vehicle, and when it is determined that the vehicle is towing the towed vehicle, a driving force distribution control device controls the driving force distributing device so that the driving force distributing amount to rear wheels becomes larger than that when the four-wheel drive vehicle is not towing the towed vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20170234252
Abstract: The engine controller includes an acceleration input detector that detects an accelerator pedal motion, a fuel injection amount calculator that calculates a target fuel injection amount, a fuel injection controller that controls the fuel injector, an EGR valve opening calculator that calculates a target EGR valve opening, and an EGR controller that controls the EGR valve. The EGR controller controls, after the accelerator pedal motion has been given, the EGR valve in a direction to decrease an opening of the EGR valve to a target EGR valve opening corresponding to a running condition to be reached after the accelerator pedal motion has been given. The control of the EGR valve opening is started before the fuel injection controller controls the fuel injector based on the target fuel injection amount calculated by the fuel injection amount calculator based on the accelerator pedal motion.

  • Patent number: 6225396
Abstract: A composite resin and fillers for molding electronic and structural parts that have high dimensional accuracy, are free of surface defects stemming from the mold and are suitable for mass production. The preferred composite contains 10 to 70 vol-% of a thermosetting resin with the balance consisting of filler particles having an average diameter of 40 &mgr;m or less. The final molded article has pores of 15 to 80 &mgr;m in diameter occupying between 3 and 30% of the area of a cross-section.

  • Patent number: 5990222
Abstract: The present invention relates to a composite of resin and fillers used in electronic parts and structural parts, and to a process for producing the same, and the object of the present invention is to provide a resin composite with a molded body having high dimensional accuracy, being free of surface defects attributable to a mold used for molding and being capable of easy forming and mass production, as well as a process for producing the same. The process for producing a resin composite according to the present invention comprises a step of mixing fillers of an average particle diameter of 40 .mu.m or less with thermosetting resin, a step of compression molding this mixed powder into a predetermined shape at ordinary temperature, and a step of allowing the compression molded body after released from the mold to be hardened by heating at 100 to 250.degree. C. to give a hardened molded body.
