  • Publication number: 20200070646
Abstract: A fuel tank lid unit includes a tank lid, an accommodation unit, and an inner terminal. The tank lid closes an opening at an upper part of a fuel tank. The accommodation unit is provided at an upper part of the tank lid, and accommodates an electronic circuit in therein. The inner terminal penetrates the tank lid and connects the electronic circuit and an electronic component inside the fuel tank. The accommodation unit includes a communication opening communicating internal and external spaces. The internal space in the accommodation unit includes a first region where the electronic circuit is arranged and a second region provided below the first region and surrounding the inner terminal. In a plan view of the accommodation unit, an area of the second region is smaller than that of the first region. Further, a communication opening is provided below a first region-side end of the second region.

  • Patent number: 9385571
Abstract: A stator member may comprise a core member comprising a plurality of cores disposed juxtaposed to one another, a coil being wound around each of the cores and a terminal member attached to one end of the core member. The terminal member may comprise a terminal portion comprising three external terminal portions used as terminals of U, V, and W phase and a common terminal portion used as a common terminal. The three external terminal portions and the common terminal may be integrally provided. A plurality of fitting portions may protrude from the terminal portion toward the core member. Each of the plurality of fitting portions may be configured to be fitted into a corresponding one of a plurality of recessed portions formed at the one end of the core member in an elastic deformed state.

  • Patent number: 9246365
Abstract: A brushless motor may comprise a rotor comprising a shaft, a back yoke fixed on the shaft, a permanent magnet disposed at an outer circumference of the back yoke and first and second resin portions. The first resin portion may be formed at one ends of the back yoke and the permanent magnet and the second resin portion may be formed at other ends. The first and second resin portions may be fixed the back yoke and the permanent magnet. A communication hole communicating one end side and another end side in the shaft axis direction may be formed through the back yoke or between the shaft and the back yoke. A third resin portion connecting with the first and the second resin portions may be formed within the communication hole. The first, second and third resin portions may be formed integrally.
