  • Publication number: 20240075410
Abstract: There is provided a gas solution supply apparatus capable of preventing bubbles from being generated in use at a point-of-use even if gas solution to be provided to a point-of-use has a high concentration. The gas solution supply apparatus 1 includes: a gas dissolving unit 4 that dissolves a source gas in a source liquid to produce a first gas solution; a first gas-liquid separator 10 that stores the first gas solution produced and produces a second gas solution through gas-liquid separation of the first gas solution; a pressure reducer 17 that depressurizes the second gas solution produced in the first gas-liquid separator 10; and a second gas-liquid separator 12 that stores the depressurized second gas solution and produces a third gas solution through gas-liquid separation of the second gas solution. The third gas solution is supplied to a point-of-use.

  • Publication number: 20150159958
Abstract: A high-efficiency heat exchanger adaptable for a heat exchange target fluid having high purity. A heat exchanger has a flow passage through which a heat exchange target fluid flows, and a heat transfer structure that is contacted with the heat exchange target fluid flowing through the flow passage, thus performing heat-transfer type heat exchange through a contact surface of the heat transfer structure with the heat exchange target fluid. The contact surface of the heat transfer structure with the heat exchange target fluid is made of a material stable against the heat exchange target fluid. The heat transfer structure includes heat conductors made of a material having a high thermal conductivity. The heat conductors are mounted near the contact surface of the heat transfer structure with the heat exchange target fluid at positions where the heat conductors are not contacted with the heat exchange target fluid.

  • Publication number: 20150019386
Abstract: An operation device determines, when it is determined that a consumable is gradually consumed, whether or not the remaining quantity of the consumable is not more than 50%. When it is determined that the remaining quantity is not more than 50%, and it is in a fixed value order mode, the operation device executes order processing for transmitting order information of ordering the consumable. Also, when it is determined that the remaining quantity is not more than 50%, that it is in a consumption prediction mode, and that the prediction period to the time when the remaining quantity becomes 0 is within 10 days, the operation device executes order processing.

  • Patent number: 8553266
Abstract: Image data in a specific data format is stored in an external storage device, whereas application software for display, editing, and printing of the image data in the specific data format is not stored in the external storage device but transmitted to an e-mail address of a user or to an IP address of a user's computer. This provides a digital multifunction printer which is capable of storing image data in a removable external storage device and which can store image data in the external storage device in such a manner that the image data is stored with a data format specific to the digital multifunction printer while the image data can be processed by other device without dropping security for the stored image data.
