  • Patent number: 10141548
Abstract: A method for producing a battery packaging material, the method including the steps of: providing a battery packaging material including a laminate in which at least a base material layer, a metal layer, and a sealant layer containing a polyolefin resin are laminated in this order; and confirming that the intensity ratio X=P/Q is in the range of 0.05 to 0.80 where P is a peak intensity P at 1650 cm?1 originating from C?O stretching vibration of the amide group of an amide-based lubricant, and Q is a peak intensity Q at 1460 cm?1 originating from bending vibration of the group —CH2— of the polyolefin resin, each of which is measured from an absorption spectrum obtained by splitting reflected light in irradiation of the surface of the sealant layer with an infrared ray, and P/Q is a ratio of the peak intensity P to the peak intensity Q.
