    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a telephone exchange system includes a plurality of telephone terminals and a telephone exchange apparatus. The plurality of telephone terminals connected to a communication network. The telephone exchange apparatus registers the telephone terminals through the communication network, and execute multicast packet transmission of media signal including at least one of picture, voice, and data to the telephone terminals connected to the communication network. A first telephone terminal of the telephone terminals comprises a packet transfer configured to convert a received multicast packet into a unicast packet receivable by a second telephone terminal, and sends the converted unicast packet to the second telephone terminal.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a SIP telephone system includes a plurality of terminals each configured to include a plurality line keys configured to blink or light and distinguish a plurality of lines, and an SIP server apparatus configured to house the plurality of terminals and be connected to a communication network, and establish communication among the terminals via a selected line in a case where an arbitrary line key is selected from among the plurality of line keys by the terminals, wherein the SIP server apparatus includes a transmitter which adds each item of identification information of the plurality of line keys to be selection candidates to a control message, to transmit the identification information to the terminals, and each of the terminals includes a controller which blinks or lights the corresponding-line key among the plurality of line keys based on the identification information.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a telephone system includes a plurality of telephone exchange apparatuses being connected to a communication network, and include telephone terminals, a memory stores a group table indicating correlation between groups made by dividing the telephone terminals, terminal IDs to specify telephone terminals belonging to the groups, and node IDs to specify the telephone exchange apparatus, an acquisition module refers to the group table, and acquire information about an incoming call including a node ID and a corresponding group terminal ID. For two or more candidates, from a telephone exchange apparatus belonging to a corresponding group, based on the reference result, and a controller selects a telephone terminal corresponding to information about an arbitrary incoming call from the information about candidate incoming calls obtained from the acquisition module based on a preset condition, and pick up an incoming call to the selected telephone terminal.
