  • Publication number: 20240142326
Abstract: A torque detection device includes: a sensor case that receives a magnetic detector; and a cover that has a sensor cover portion and a rotor cover portion. The sensor cover portion is coupled to a surface of the sensor case which faces in an axial direction. The rotor cover portion is joined to the sensor cover portion and receives a rotor inserted in the rotor cover portion in the axial direction. Furthermore, the rotor cover portion limits movement of the rotor relative to the sensor case in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction.

  • Patent number: 11366034
Abstract: In a pressure/temperature sensor, a sensor circuit is held by a holding member inside a tube that is fixed to a pipe, and an introduction portion is provided in the holding member at an inner side of the pipe with respect to the sensor circuit. The introduction portion includes a plurality of blades having blade surfaces extending along a protrusion direction of the introduction portion with respect to the sensor circuit. The plurality of blades are arranged radially on a surface perpendicular to the protrusion direction, and angles defined by the blade surfaces of the adjacent blades are all acute angles. Thus, regardless of the angle at which the blade is attached with respect to the flow direction of the measuring medium, an acute-angled portion of any adjacent blades is directed to the flow direction of the measuring medium. Therefore, a pressure loss of the measuring medium can be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20210116319
Abstract: A pressure/temperature sensor includes a sensor circuit configured to detect a pressure and a temperature of a measuring medium in a pipe, a holding member configured to hold the sensor circuit to be positioned inside a tube fixed to the pipe, and an introduction portion provided in the holding member to be positioned at an inner side of the pipe with respect to the sensor circuit. The introduction portion includes a plurality of blades having blade surfaces extending along a protrusion direction of the introduction portion with respect to the sensor circuit. • Patent number: 7918962
Abstract: A rotation detector includes a semiconductor chip, a nonmagnetic case body, a biasing permanent magnet and a nonmagnetic cap fixed to the case body, wherein the case body has a joint surface, and the cap has an inside surface in contact with the joint surface. A method of manufacturing the rotation detector includes the following steps: assembling the semiconductor chip, the case body and the biasing permanent magnet into a unit; forming at least one groove adjacent to the joint surface so as to form a space between the joint surface and the inside surface when the cap is fixed to the case body; fixing the cap to the case body so that the inside surface of the cap can be in contact with the joint surface; irradiating a laser beam at portions behind the inside surface of the cap under a prescribed pressure to melt materials of the case body and the cap and to make melted materials flow to the space; and cooling the melted materials to re-crystallize.

  • Patent number: 7372258
Abstract: A rotation detection device includes a cover member having an opening end, and a sensor body member which has a mounting portion protruding from a mounting-portion protrusion surface and a joint portion positioned around the mounting-portion protrusion surface. The opening end of the cover member is joined to the joint portion of the sensor body member in such a manner that a magnet is housed in the cover member and the mounting-portion protrusion surface is covered by the cover member. A magnetism detection unit is fixedly mounted to the mounting portion and arranged in the magnet. One of the joining surface of the opening end of the cover member and the joining surface of the sensor body member has at least one of a flange-shaped portion and a bent portion. The other of the joining surfaces has a shape corresponding to that of the one thereof.
