Abstract: In the method of obtaining captures images, there is overlaps in images in the flight direction and in a direction (cross direction) that crosses the flight direction. A predetermined number of the captured images containing overlapping sections that include a target point are selected out of the obtained images in the flight direction and/or the cross direction. From the overlap sections of these captured images, selected images are obtained by selecting image sections within a specific range that contains the target point. Using the flight direction and the cross direction as axes for a matrix, the selected images are arranged to create an aerial photograph data set.

Abstract: A rotating spraying type coating apparatus having a spraying head attached to a rotating shaft of a rotating drive device, a paint supply passage connected to the proximal end of the spraying head, and a paint radiating portion formed at the distal end of the spraying head to thereby spray paint particles from the paint radiating portion. The apparatus is provided with a partition member which is disposed around the outer periphery of the spraying head in opposing relation to the latter, and at least a pair of air outlet ports which are disposed in such a manner that air is jetted out forwardly from the air outlet ports toward the outer peripheral surface of the partition member. Thus, the direction of spray of paint particles from the paint radiating portion is controlled by means of the jetted air, and it is possible to obtain elliptical and dumbbell-shaped spray patterns which cannot be obtained by the conventional rotating spraying type coating apparatuses.

Abstract: A rotating spraying type coating apparatus which includes a rotating drive device having a rotary shaft, a spraying head attached to the rotating drive device, a paint supplying passage connected to the base end of the spraying head, a paint radiating part formed at the top end of the spraying head, and at least one pair of air jetting holes provided on both sides of the spraying head. Also provided is a wash shroud for collecting washing agent radiated from the paint radiating part of the spraying head. This apparatus can provide a wide variety of coating patterns.

Abstract: Ceramic products composed essentially of a novel silicon nitride solid solution, which have high heat resistance, high abrasion resistance and low thermal expansion are obtained by sintering mixed powders of silicon nitride, alumina and aluminum nitride. The sintering includes heating said mixed powders at a temperature between 1650.degree. C and 2000.degree. C under a high pressure or no pressure. During the heating most of the alumina and aluminum nitride are occluded in silicon nitride and said ceramics products composed of silicon nitride solid solution are formed.
