Abstract: A current mirror circuit including an operational amplifier connected to transistors of the current mirror circuit such that operating points of the transistors, that is, the emitter electrodes, are at the same potential. Thus, resistors connected between those emitters and an output of the operational amplifier may be increased even when the transistors are implemented in an integrated circuit. As a result, even with this configuration, current mirror accuracy may be improved.

Abstract: Fiber-treating compositions are disclosed which comprise polydiorganosiloxanes bearing epoxy-substituted groups and polydiorganosiloxane bearing amino-substituted groups and polyalkyleneoxide groups, or carboxy-substituted groups and polyalkyleneoxide groups. These compositions confer upon fibers enhanced antistatic properties, water absorbency, stain resistance, softness, smoothness, crease resistance and compression recovery. Advantageously, these enhanced properties are retained upon repeated washing of fibers treated with the compositions of the present invention.

Abstract: A composition, used to groom hair, consisting essentially of an organopolysiloxane having at least one alkylamino substituent and at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of oxyalkylene, polyoxyalkylene, and hydroxyalkyl groups, said organopolysiloxane having a viscosity range of 1 to 100,000 centistokes at 25.degree. C., is disclosed.

Abstract: Fiber-treating compositions are disclosed which have, as their effective components, two organopolysiloxanes. One of the organopolysiloxanes contain carboxylic-substituted hydrocarbon groups. The other organopolysiloxane contains polyoxyalkylene-substituted hydrocarbon groups and either amine-substituted hydrocarbon groups or epoxy-substituted hydrocarbon groups. These compositions, when applied to a fiber material and heated, react to provide a durable silicone treatment for the material.

Abstract: Improved wax compositions comprising certain hydrocarbon ester-containing organopolysiloxanes are disclosed. These compositions have improved shelf stability and excellent luster-bestowing properties, lubricating properties and water-repellent properties. They are useful in textile manufacture, such as treating sewing threads and textile warps, and for protecting surfaces, such as furniture surfaces and automobile surfaces.

Abstract: Aqueous organopolysiloxane compositions are disclosed which are useful for durably treating substrates such as fibers, textiles and sheet-form materials. The aqueous organopolysiloxane compositions further contain an acid to adjust the pH of the composition to a non-basic value, an organic ester of titanic, zirconic or germanic acid and a surfactant to render the composition homogeneous. The organopolysiloxane contains monovalent hydrocarbon groups, aminohydrocarbon groups, hydroxy- or ether hydrocarbon groups and, optionally silicon-bonded hydroxyl and/or alkoxy groups.

Abstract: Fiber-treating compositions are disclosed which contain two types of organofunctional polysiloxanes, one bearing amino-functional organic groups and polyoxyalkylene groups and the other bearing either carboxy-functional organic groups or epoxy-functional groups, in addition to polyoxyalkylene groups.These compositions are useful for durably treating fibers to provide several benefits such as antistatic character, moisture/perspiration absorbability, stain resistance, pliability, smoothness, crease resistance and compression recovery.
