  • Publication number: 20120293127
Abstract: Provided is an electricity storage module control device which is capable of controlling the voltage of each electricity storage section so that an electricity storage module is prevented from being deteriorated even when the electricity storage module is continuously charged/discharged in a relatively short cycle over a long period of time, in particular, when charging/discharging of a large amount of current is repeated. The electricity storage module control device controls the electricity storage module including a plurality of electricity storage sections connected in series. The electricity storage module control device acquires a voltage value of each of the plurality of electricity storage sections over a predetermined period, and controls voltages of the plurality of electricity storage sections based on the voltage value of each of the plurality of electricity storage sections, which has been acquired over the predetermined period.

  • Publication number: 20090147441
Abstract: A closed type capacitor (1) includes: an external container (10) which cuts off gas; a pair of polarized electrodes contained in the external container (10); a separator arranged between the electrodes; and a non-aqueous electrolytic liquid containing electrolyte and a non-aqueous organic solvent if necessary. The external container (10) has an opening (10A) for communication between inside and outside the container and a valve mechanism (13) which is arranged to cover the opening (10A) and which is opened and closed by the pressure difference between the inside and outside the container (10). The electrolyte contains more than 30 mass % of ion liquid. This closed type capacitor can minimize separation of electrolyte in the valve path.

  • Patent number: 7417845
Abstract: A positive side terminal electrode and a negative side terminal electrode which are exposed to the exterior of a resin enclosure pass through a positive side opening and a negative side opening formed on the enclosure, respectively, and are connected to a positive side electrode and a negative side electrode, respectively, of an electric double-layer capacitor put away in the interior of the enclosure. The positive side terminal electrode is thermally welded to inner surfaces of the positive side opening over the entire periphery thereof, and the negative side terminal electrode is thermally welded to inner surfaces of the negative side opening over the entire periphery thereof.

  • Patent number: 5929442
Abstract: The light absorption spectrum of carbon isotopes .sup.12 CO.sub.2 and .sup.13 CO.sub.2 is measured highly accurately within a short period of time to determine a carbon isotopic abundance ratio highly accurately and reliably. Laser light emitted from a laser diode, which has been slightly modulated with a frequency f and swept in wavelength, passes through a specimen cell and is applied to a photodetector, which produces an electric signal converted from the detected laser light. 2f components of .sup.12 CO.sub.2 and .sup.13 CO.sub.2 of the light absorption spectrum are detected by a lock-in amplifier, and 3f components of .sup.12 CO.sub.2 and .sup.13 CO.sub.2 of the light absorption spectrum are detected by a lock-in amplifier. Spectral intensities of .sup.12 CO.sub.2 and .sup.13 CO.sub.2, which correspond to zero-cross points of the 3f components, are determined from peak values at three points of each of the 2f components, and a carbon isotopic abundance ratio of .sup.12 CO.sub.2 and .sup.13 CO.sub.
