  • Publication number: 20030169718
Abstract: A system for returning a rate back to a content provider, includes (a) at least one user terminal receiving and transmitting packets, (b) a plurality of content providers each of which provides contents to an internet, and (c) a packet communication network connected to both the user terminal and the internet through radio signals, the packet communication network allowing packets to pass therethrough between the user terminal and the content providers, and charging the user terminal making access to the content providers, for packet rates. When the user terminal receives packets provided from a content provider to which at least a part of the packet rates is to be returned back, the part of the packet rates is returned back to the content provider.

  • Publication number: 20020167115
Abstract: Molten resin is injected into a cavity 12 formed between a cavity mold 7 and a moving-side core mold 11 in an injection mold assembly 1 and is allowed to spread out into every corner. Next, after the resin has stopped flowing, punch pins 23 and 24 are pressed into the cavity by hydraulic cylinders 25 and 26 that are attached to the fixed-side mold part 2 side. After the molten resin has hardened, the punch pins 23 and 24 are withdrawn from the cavity, the mold assembly is opened and the molded product is removed. By using the punch pins 23 and 24, through-hole parts are formed in a plate-like product. When the molten resin is injected, inside the cavity there are no through-hole-forming protrusions that would cause the flow of the molten resin to branch, so that weld lines do not appear in the surface of the molded product. As a result, plate-like molded products that include through-holes can be accurately formed by injection molding.

  • Patent number: 5993720
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a container having a tubular-shaped intermediate barrel portion that is covered with a flexible film. The tubular-shaped intermediate barrel portion is disposed on a mandrel that functions as a die core. The mandrel is installed with the tubular-shaped intermediate barrel portion to an upper die and a lower die. One end of the intermediate barrel portion covers the mandrel with flexible film. Molten polymer material is injected into the upper and lower dies, forming solid portions at opposite ends of the pipe-shaped barrel portion.

  • Patent number: 4766360
Abstract: An induction generator/motor system has an induction machine connected at its secondary side to a cyclo-converter. An induced voltage develops when the cyclo-converter pauses during a transient phenomenon occurring in the system. When the induced voltage exceeds a predetermined voltage range which covers the maximum output voltage derivable from the cyclo-converter, the polarity of thyristor converters of the cyclo-converter is switched such that the induced voltage is applied to a thyristor converter to be rendered conductive next in forward relationship therewith, thereby preventing occurrence of an overvoltage.

  • Patent number: 4503377
Abstract: A variable speed rotary electric machine comprises a stator composed of a stator core and first and second stator windings wound on the stator core, and a cage rotor mounted rotatably within the stator and composed of a rotor core and rotor conductor disposed in a squirrel-cage configuration. The first stator winding is connected to an AC power supply of a fixed frequency. The second stator winding is connected to a power supply of a variable frequency. The first and second stator windings are so wound as to form, respectively, numbers of poles differing from each other. The rotor conductors of the cage rotor are electromagnetically coupled with the magnetic flux generated by the first and second stator windings, respectively, and so disposed as to form a number of poles which is intermediate between the number of the poles formed by the first stator winding and the number of poles formed by said second stator winding.
