  • Publication number: 20230106035
Abstract: An anisotropic conductive sheet has an insulation layer having a plurality of through-holes and a plurality of conductive layers each arranged on an inner wall surface of each of the plurality of through-holes. Each of the conductive layers has a base layer arranged on the inner wall surface of each of the through-holes and a metal plating layer arranged so as to contact with metal nanoparticles or a metal thin film in the base layer or the metal thin film. The base layer includes metal nanoparticles or a metal thin film and a binder, wherein at least a portion of the binder is arranged between the inner wall of each of the through-holes and the metal nanoparticles or the metal thin film. The binder is a sulfur-containing compound having a thiol group, a sulfide group or a disulfide group.

  • Patent number: 9797842
Abstract: Disclosed is a device and method allowing a trace amount of a target substance to be detected. A metallic nanoparticle assembly structure is formed of metallic nanoparticles assembled together and modified with a host molecule allowing the target substance to specifically adhere thereto. A metallic nanorod is modified with a host molecule allowing the target substance to specifically adhere thereto. The metallic nanorod is conjugated to the metallic nanoparticle assembly structure by the target substance. An extinction spectrum of localized surface plasmon resonance or a surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectrum induced in the metallic nanoparticle assembly structure and the metallic nanostructure is measured with a spectroscope. The target substance is detected based on that spectrum.

  • Patent number: 6107419
Abstract: Present invention relates to a process for preparing a high molecular weight epoxy resin which has a weight average molecular weight value more than 40,000 and an epoxy equivalent weight less than 10,000 g/eq. This high molecular weight epoxy is prepared by a reaction of a divalent epoxy resin with a bisphenol compound in the presence of a catalyst and a solvent characterized in utilizing 1.10 to 1.03/1 of molar ratio of epoxy group/phenolic hydroxyl group.

  • Patent number: 4215210
Abstract: A novel resin composition which is composed of molecules having an epi-bis type main skeleton of the formula ##STR1## X.sub.1 -X.sub.4 : H, Cl or Br R: H, or CH.sub.3and has a Gardner-Holdt viscosity of C to Z.sub.8 determined at 25.degree. C. for a solution in butyl carbitol in a concentration of 40% by weight. At least 40% of the entire terminal groups of the molecules of the novel composition consists of .alpha.-glycol groups of the formula ##STR2## wherein R represents hydrogen or methyl. The composition is more rapidly curable at lower temperatures than known epoxy resins having an epi-bis type main chain skeleton, and is useful as a paint or adhesive and also as an adhesion improver for other resins.
