    Abstract: A service operation system has an electronic bulletin board to which a sales shop apparatus, which sales a predetermined product and the other product relevant to the predetermined product, can gain access via the Internet in connection with product information relevant to other product. A server receives registration of product information and the edition from a service support system. Before registered or edited product information is disclosed on the electronic bulletin board, a main controller receives approval of this product information from a terminal that is operated by a predetermined manager. Also, the main controller limits the disclosing of the registered or edited product information.
